This beautiful 1899 Victorian named 'Rand House' is located in the centre of Vancouver's downtown West End neighbourhood. It has been completely restored and rebuilt in 2007 earning it a heritage award. Steps to beaches, the famous Seawall bike, roller-blade and walking path around Vancouver’s coastline, and a 10-minute walk to the 1,000 acre Stanley Park. Cosmopolitan shopping on Robson Street is three blocks away as are a host of world-class restaurants, cultural events and recreational activities. Walk 10 minutes and take the famous water taxi to Granville Island Market with exotic produce, street performers and Kids Only Market.
